A DAY IN THIS ROLE

You will work directly with homeowners throughout the roofing process while managing relationships from introduction through project completion. This is a face-to-face sales role focused on trust, communication, and problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prospecting and developing new customer opportunities across the DFW market Conducting roof inspections and identifying storm-related damage or repair needs Educating homeowners on replacement and restoration options Following up consistently to guide projects toward completion Participating in ongoing training and mentorship sessions with company leaders This role rewards people who stay organized, communicate well, and maintain a strong work ethic over time.

PAY AND ADVANCEMENT

First Year Representatives:

$40,000•75,000 annually through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission

Established Producers:

$100,000•150,000+ annually

Top Performers:

$150,000•250,000+ annually
