Our project/contract prices range from $1,000 to $50 million dollars. Since 1980, Americon has constructed almost every type of building imaginable. Our services range from selecting a piece of land to hanging the last door. We are one of the Western Wisconsin's largest multi-family builders, having constructed thousands of apartment units and hundreds of thousands square feet of office/retail space.

Job Summary:

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a well-rounded skilled carpenters, concrete finishers, and project Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high levels of attention to detail, ensure high-quality workmanship in every task while adhering to project timelines.

• Responsibilities:

• Selective demolition, framing, metal stud framing, siding, windows, interior finish work, standing seam roofing, concrete work, steel erection, and etc.
• ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with project managers/superintendents/subcontractors/owners to ensure project scheduling, coordination of sequencing, safety inspections, and etc.
• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
