Duties Ability to strip forms, clean footings, spread lumber & stakes and grade foundations. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while chipping and finishing tasks. Ability to work with around concrete foundations and flatwork. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation are essential. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing long hours, and performing demanding tasks safely. Certification or experience in concrete pumping is a plus but not required.
