Overview Families across Central Omaha trust TheKey to deliver elite, compassionate care to their aging loved ones. We are currently looking for skilled, empathetic care professionals to manage mid-to-high level care cases right here in the heart of Omaha. We are dedicated to elevating the standard of long-term aging at home by providing our clients with top-tier care and providing our employees with an exceptional, stable workplace where they can thrive.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day personal care routines, ensuring professional, respectful help with bathing, toileting, and brief changing. Implement redirecting and comfort techniques for clients experiencing cognitive decline, Alzheimer's, or dementia. Operate Hoyer lifts safely to assist clients with strict or limited mobility limitations. Manage everyday household needs, including healthy meal preparation, medication tracking, light cleaning, and essential client transportation. Maintain clear and consistent documentation of client needs and condition shifts.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Caregivers who are comfortable with comprehensive hands-on care (toileting, bathing, transferring) and exhibit sound judgment under pressure.
