Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be actively involved in a variety of hands-on construction, maintenance, and repair tasks in property maintinace. Duties Assist with construction, renovation, and maintenance activities by performing tasks such as material handling, site preparation, and cleanup Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively, including hand tools, power tools, and small machinery Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently Support team members in setting up work sites, scaffolding, and safety barriers Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues and report them promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Assist with loading and unloading materials or supplies as needed for various projects • Must be willing to tackle ALL types of tasks , work includes inside and outside work , two properties and food truck All tools , materials and PPE provided Self organized and able to complete tasks without supervision once instructed

Qualifications Proven experience in skilled labor roles such as construction, carpentry, or general maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members Basic knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and safety procedures Reliable transportation or access to job sites as required •
