We are a small business so employees jump in where there is work that needs to be done. Anything from performing oil changes, replacing brakes, tire repair, welding, hydraulic work, electrical, etc- basically anything that needs to be fixed. We work on tractors (semi trucks), straight trucks, pickup trucks, semi trailers, construction trailers, Skidsters, lawn mowers, etc- basically anything that needs repairs! We have six service bays and two service trucks. Our employees have flexible schedules, can have a parts account and buy parts at our cost, work on their personal vehicles in the shop on weekends, and many other perks. We have been in business for over 53 years and have long-term employees. We contribute 4% towards 401(k), have weekly payroll (direct deposit), holiday and vacation pay, uniforms provided, Company health insurance plan (we pay 50% of premium), tools are insured while in the building, and very flexible start and stop times. We are a small shop but provide great compensation!
