The nurse is responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care. This role works closely with the healthcare team to support care plans and maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes in status Assist with or implement individualized care plans for residents Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records Support residents' daily care needs and ensure comfort and safety Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal healthcare regulations Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately Compassion and dedication to providing quality patient care Ability to follow facility policies and healthcare regulations To Apply download our app 360X JOBS, visit our website www.360xstaffing.com and click "Join our Team."
