Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings. Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals. Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and professionalism. Collaborate with the Ben Kinney Team Idaho to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Qualifications Who Thrives Here You may be a fit if you: Have your Idaho real estate license Have closed at least 3+ transactions (preferably more) Know you're capable of more business than you're currently producing Are coachable, driven, and growth-minded Want to build a business—not just survive another year in sales Value collaboration over going it alone What Success Looks Like Our best partners focus on what they do best: serving clients, building relationships, and closing business —while leveraging systems and support that free them from the tasks that slow them down. Compensation Commission-based | $120,000-$200,000+ earning potential (Production-based with significant upside for motivated agents.)
