Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Skilled General Laborer to join our remodeling crew. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction or remodeling and be eager to learn and grow with our team. You'll assist with various tasks on job sites including demolition, material handling, prep work, and supporting skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities:

Framing knowledge is a must Assist with demolition, site prep, and cleanup Load, unload, and stage materials and tools Support carpenters, installers, and other trades as needed Perform basic construction tasks (measuring, cutting, lifting) Maintain a clean and organized worksite Follow directions from project managers and lead crew members Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

Dependable, punctual, and takes direction well Experience in remodeling, construction, or related field Experience using hand and power tools Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
