Slot Attendant

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and attentive Slot Attendant to join our gaming team. Bartending experience is preferred. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our slot machines run smoothly and our guests have an enjoyable experience. Your main focus will be assisting players, managing machine operations, and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities Monitor slot machines regularly to ensure they are functioning properly and address any technical issues promptly. Assist guests with machine operations, including explaining game rules and handling cash or ticket transactions accurately. Manage cash handling duties, including payouts, ticket printing, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts. Provide excellent guest service by greeting players warmly, answering questions, and resolving conflicts or concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization around gaming areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Support management in supervising the gaming floor, including overseeing machine availability and assisting with guest flow. Follow all Black Velvet Lounge policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance and a secure gaming experience. Qualifications Previous experience in Bartending, customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently. Excellent conflict management skills to resolve guest issues calmly and professionally.
