Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Slot Attendant to join our team for night shifts (5:30pm-3:30am). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure the smooth operation of slot machines, and maintain a welcoming environment for all patrons. This role requires strong management skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle various guest interactions with professionalism. The Slot Attendant will be responsible for supervising gaming areas, assisting guests with machine operations, and ensuring compliance with casino policies. Responsibilities Monitor and assist guests with slot machine operations, including troubleshooting and providing guidance. Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including payouts and ticket exchanges. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of gaming areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Enforce casino policies and rules, addressing guest concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally. Supervise gaming activities to prevent disputes or misconduct, demonstrating conflict management skills. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and enhancing their overall experience. Maintain accurate records of transactions and report any irregularities to management. Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills. Knowledge of business operations, slot machines, and guest services standards is a plus. Effective conflict management skills to resolve disputes calmly and professionally. Experience in cash handling, guest services, or related roles is desirable. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
