Job Description

The Slot Lead Attendant is responsible for understanding the department goals and objectives. This person must ensure all operational protocols are properly communicated to the direct reports and followed through effectively each assigned shift.
Essential Functions:
Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff. Safeguards the company's assets, customers' and employees' safety in all slot areas. Enforces company policies and procedures. Ensures all scheduled work stations are manned and ready at the beginning of the shift. Ensures variance book, key control, time sheets, and progressive book are accurately filled in and evaluated on a timely basis. Handles customer disputes quickly and effectively. Counsel employees as needed under your control. Provide feedback regarding transfers, promotions, evaluations, rewards on all team members in your span of control. Has a thorough and complete knowledge of company procedures, as well as the ability to evaluate comps. Ensures stationary supplies are adequate for efficient operation. Verifies jackpots. As a supervisor perform all required tasks and responsibilities when management is not present.
Required:
Demonstrates proficiency in reading and working with SOPs and IC's. Maintains courteous and effective working relationships with others. Demonstrates strong leadership skills. Demonstrates proficiency with Windows and Office programs (Preferred).
