Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary students for the 2026/2027 school year! A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children grow and thrive in an educational setting. This position will begin on August 24, 2026 and continue through June 11, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 32 hours. Working with a welcoming and collaborative team, you will play a key part in delivering essential speech and language services to elementary-aged students.
Desired qualifications and experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligibility for or possession of CCC-SLP or CFY Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Minnesota Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but open to new graduates Strong communication and collaboration skills Genuine interest in working with elementary-age children Key responsibilities in this role: Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals for students Provide direct speech and language therapy in individual or group settings Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate records and document interventions and student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights Design and implement therapy activities that are engaging and age-appropriate Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Make a difference in the lives of young learners while advancing your clinical expertise.
