Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences. Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are encouraged. Experience working with school-aged children or pediatric populations is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into the academic setting. Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and IEP documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development.
