Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting students in a dynamic educational setting near Leonardtown, MD. This contract position is an essential role providing speech-language services within local schools for the 2026-2027 academic year. There are two rewarding caseloads available: one focused on Early Intervention (11-month duration) and another with a K-12 student population. Your credentialed expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will help shape communication skills, support student success, and enhance learning outcomes. Begin your assignment on August 10th, 2026, and continue through June 17th, 2027. You'll join a collaborative multidisciplinary team, sharing knowledge and resources to make a positive impact every day.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Maryland SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior experience serving either Early Intervention or K-12 caseloads within school settings is a plus Ability to communicate compassionately and effectively with students, educators, and families Strong organizational and documentation skills
