This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) is located on-site in Thornton, CO, and focuses on providing speech-language services and impactful interventions for early learners. You'll work directly with a single school assignment—Riverdale Elementary—offering you the ability to form strong relationships with students and staff while guiding preschool students toward essential communication and developmental milestones.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure and a valid Colorado Department of Education Certificate required Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but well-qualified Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates will be considered Background in school-based speech therapy, particularly with preschool-aged children, is highly desirable Familiarity with the IEP process, including assessments, service delivery, and documentation requirements Experience or training in working with English Language Learners (ELL) and/or a Linguistically Diverse Education (LDE) endorsement is strongly preferred Ability to oversee, mentor, or assist in the supervision of SLPAs as needed

Primary Responsibilities:
