Available Shift Schedule:

Morning shift : 7am-2pm

Afternoon Shift:

2pm-10pm Overnight shift: 10pm-7am About us : Milestones of Development Inc., a non-profit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking dedicated and dependable SLS support professionals for weekday shifts, weekend shifts, for adults with autistic behavior and other disabilities.

Compensation:

Job Summary:

Summary of job responsibilities include, but is not limited to: Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care Work with clients on recreational activities, community access, and integration. Document and complete required reports. Learn and follow policies per licensing regulations.

Job Requirements:

Pass all required Pre-Employment Exams Have a passion for working with people with developmental disabilities. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and write and follow oral and written instructions and policies and procedures accurately. Have a valid Driver's License and comfortable driving clients to appointments in your personal vehicle Have 1+ years of experience working with individual with disabilities

Physical Requirements:

Frequent walking and standing, pushing/pulling/lifting, and bending/squatting. Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead, and possess manual dexterity. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Staff Retreat Training Opportunities:

Milestones of Development, Inc. provides first aid and CPR training and other trainings as needed.
