What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair gas & diesel engines on small construction equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems
• Manage inventory and keep our fleet running strong
• Work independently in a well-equipped shop

What You Need:

• Valid SD driver's license & CDL (or willingness to obtain)
• 1-2 years mechanical experience with gas/diesel engine diagnosis and repair
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems on vehicles, equipment, or trailers
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Inventory management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Computer skills for parts lookup, inventory tracking, and budgeting
