  • Full-time This position is part time/full time (20-40 hours per week), exempt, with ministerial exemption.
The Ministry Leader connects regularly with small group leaders, manages communication platforms, implements group strategies passed down from the Director, and serves as the primary point person to ensure the health and growth of small groups providing direct support and leadership to group leaders, ensuring consistent communication. Volunteer Development
  • Meeting regularly with Community Leads (lay leaders who assist in overseeing Small Group leaders) for relationship building and ministry development.
Recruit, train, and support small group leaders and community leads to build healthy, Christ-centered groups. Coordinate regular training for all new small group leaders and community leads. Providing ongoing resources, encouragement, and check-ins to ensure leaders feel equipped and supported. Visiting groups from time to time as needed for building relationships with leaders.   • Participate in the planning, development and execution of small group campaign(s)/strategies.
Evaluate the health and success of current small groups and deliver feedback to supervisor. Use benchmarks and feedback to identify and implement opportunities for ministry growth. Remaining current on small group strategies. Cultivate authentic community by promoting small groups as a key avenue for connection, discipleship, and service. Utilize tools like Planning Center to manage groups, track participation, and communicate effectively with leaders and participants. As a Ministry Leader
  • Lead and manage functions and collaborate with the operation of a single ministry team. May be responsible to monitor and oversee a ministry budget. Collaborate with other ministry teams when appropriate. Responsible for cascading communication to next levels in the ministry. As a Licensed Minister
  • Has the ability to administer sacraments, is considered a spiritual/religious leader in the church, may be an integral part of the worship experience, may perform administrative/management functions within the church.
Participate in "All-In" events, Prayer Mountain, Spiritual Growth Check List, etc. Other duties as assigned.
