Smoke Shop Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Must be 21 or older.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Manage and update transactions in the point of sale system
• Follow up on inquiries and customer recommendations in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Independant worker
• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
