Duties Prepare and blend smoothies, juices, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including cashiering and retail math calculations Restock ingredients, supplies, and utensils to ensure smooth daily operations Assist in food preparation tasks like slicing fruit or assembling ingredients to meet quality standards Requirements Previous barista or food service experience, especially in cafés or smoothie bars, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or similar is highly preferred Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining energy and enthusiasm Reliable team player with a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences Embark on an exciting journey where your energy fuels the day-to-day success of our smoothie bar!
