Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Smoothie/Acai Bowl Maker to join our team. As a Smoothie/Acai Bowl Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious smoothies to our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and enjoy creating healthy and refreshing beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies according to customer preferences and recipes
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
• Operate blenders, juicers, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the smoothie preparation area
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of food handling and sanitation
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smoothie production meets customer demand

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Strong time management skills to ensure smoothie orders are prepared in a timely manner
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
