Duties:

Build and maintain strong relationships with area hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources. Collaborate with the Internal Admissions Director to review referrals and conduct on-site evaluations to ensure proper fit for the facility. Identify community needs for clinical programs and develop targeted marketing strategies. Drive program development, including physician recruitment for specialty programs. Represent Willowood Care Center at community events, healthcare expos, and networking opportunities. Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant tools for reporting and communication.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who meets the following qualifications: Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered. A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing , preferably in healthcare settings. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to identify clinical program needs and develop targeted marketing strategies. Proven ability to drive program development and physician recruitment for specialty programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Why Choose Us?
