This role requires someone who understands strategy, analytics, brand voice, and content creation at a professional level. You will lead social media initiatives, manage campaigns end‑to‑end, and drive measurable growth across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute advanced social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals Create high‑quality, platform‑specific content (graphics, reels, short‑form video, carousels, stories) Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Analyze performance metrics and produce actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns Lead social media campaigns, including paid ads, audience targeting, and A/B testing Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels Monitor trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to keep the brand ahead Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams on integrated campaigns Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and user‑generated content Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions with professionalism and speed Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional social media management experience Proven track record of growing audiences and increasing engagement Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content‑planning skills Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools Experience with analytics platforms (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content calendars Strong understanding of paid social, targeting, and campaign optimization Ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare, professional development industries Photography/videography skills SEO or content‑writing background Experience managing influencers or brand ambassadors Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
