Job Description

About the role We're looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator to help plan, create, and manage day-to-day content for our social media channels. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys creating short-form content, has a good eye for visuals, and understands how to keep social content clean, consistent, and on-brand. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to support content direction, bring ideas to the table, and help turn those ideas into posts, videos, and social media updates. Our brand is in the health & beauty space, with products made in Japan. We care about content that feels polished, trustworthy, and thoughtful
  • but still approachable and easy to connect with.
This is a hands-on role. You don't need to be a full strategist, but you should be comfortable contributing ideas, taking feedback, and moving content forward without needing every step mapped out. What You'll Do In this role, you'll support both content planning and daily social media execution.
Your responsibilites may include:
  • Create short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social channels.
  • Help plan, schedule, and post content across our social media platforms.
  • Bring content ideas regularly and refine them with direction from the Marketing Manager.
  • Shoot and edit simple video content. Mobile-based content is acceptable as long as it is clean, intentional, and on-brand.
  • Write captions that feel natural, clear, and aligned with the brand voice.
  • Help maintain a visual style that feels clean, consistent, polished, and approachable.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer when needed.
  • Stay aware of social media trends, especially short-form content trends, and understand how to adapt them appropriately for the brand.
  • Keep an eye on basic content performance such as views, engagement, reach, and audience response.
  • Support small marketing projects, product promotions, and campaign-related content as needed.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with good taste, good judgement, and a steady working style. The ideal candidate is creative, but also organized. You don't need to chase every trend, but you shoul understand what works on social media today and how to apply it in a way that still feels right for the brand.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience creating short-form video content such as Reels, TikTok, or similar formats.
  • A good eye for visuals, composition, and overall aesthetic.
  • Comfortable writing simple, clear, and natural captions.
  • Able to work independently with clear direction.
  • Proactive, reliable, and consistent with deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a small team where priorities may shift from time to time. Nice to Have These are not required, but would be helpful:
  • Basic video editing skills using Capcut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience with beauty, wellness, healthy, lifestyle, or consumer product brands.
  • Basic understanding of content calendars and social media planning.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current platform behavior.
  • Light photo/video shooting experience.
  • Bilingual ability in English and Vietnamese is a plus.
How We Work We are a small marketing team, so the work is hands-on and communication is direct. You'll receive direction and feedback from the Marketing Manager, but we are also looking for someone who can bring ideas, stay organized, and help move day-to-day content forward. A good fit for this role is someone who can balance both sides: following brand direction when needed, and contributing fresh content ideas when there is room to create. We care more about consistency, quality, and building a recognizable brand presense over time.

  • Social content feels more approachable while still maintaining a polished health & beauty image.
  • Engagement and audience quality improve gradually over time.
