Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop engaging social media strategies, and foster meaningful relationships with our online community. Your energetic approach will drive brand awareness, boost audience engagement, and support our overall marketing goals through creative storytelling and data-driven insights. Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage social media calendars and schedule posts efficiently using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster community engagement. Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant hashtags to increase visibility. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly. Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance branding efforts and manage online reputation through proactive relationship management. Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while tracking ROI for continuous improvement. Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media management to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus. Familiarity with social media management tools including Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools. Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within digital spaces. Ability to produce compelling visual content through photography or basic video editing; experience with e-commerce platforms is advantageous. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure error-free content across all channels. Effective communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
