This role ensures efficient allocation of internal and external technical resources, supports high-quality service delivery, and drives operational excellence through standardized processes, data-driven decision-making, and effective cross-functional coordination. Your Mission Lead and professionalize Field Service Engineers (FSE) planning activities across the Americas (NAM, MAM, SAM), ensuring optimal resource allocation, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction through structured, data-driven decision-making.

Ensuring the right FSE is assigned at the right time
Operational Efficiency:
Maximizing resource utilization across regions

Managing escalations and avoiding production disruptions

Standardizing planning practices across all stakeholders
Team Growth:
Developing planners into strategic contributors
Your Profile Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
Significant experience in Field Service, Operations, or Planning functions Experience managing cross-regional operations and resource allocation Proven leadership experience with team management and development
