Job Description

Interim Head of FP&A (Senior Manager-Director Level) Overview We're seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to step in on an interim basis and provide strategic direction, structure, and leadership to a growing finance function. This role partners closely with senior leadership, elevates planning and reporting, and helps a relatively new team scale with confidence. What You'll Do Lead the FP&A function and serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Bring clarity, structure, and consistency to FP&A processes and deliverables Mentor and develop junior team members Support broader transformation initiatives across systems and reporting What You Bring Proven FP&A leadership experience at the Senior Manager or Director level Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills Experience building or maturing a finance function in fast-paced environments Comfort operating on-site five days per week Nice to Have Background in PE-backed or high-growth organizations Exposure to finance systems transformations Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Workday About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
