Job Posting Program Manager for Policy and Planning Employer Sustainable Jersey Ewing, New Jersey Description The Sustainability Institute at The College of New Jersey administers the Sustainable Jersey certification programs and is seeking a Program Manager to join our Policy and Planning team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive tangible change and create high-impact sustainability initiatives that directly support municipalities and schools across New Jersey. Key responsibilities in this position are variable and may include bolstering local efforts in Complete and Green Streets initiatives, completing Sustainable Jersey Actions, assisting schools with tree planting initiatives, and advancing climate change planning and adaptation. We're looking for candidates with a passion for sustainability; strong research, writing, and communication skills; and experience in working at the local level on land-use planning, active transportation, climate resilience, stormwater and natural resource conservation and management.
