This role is focused on exterior design leadership, planning, presentation-quality graphics, zoning awareness, and managing design direction with support from the wider team.

The Role:
Manage the design and planning department Lead exterior design direction across residential and mixed-use projects Prepare and organize graphic presentation materials Support design presentations with clear verbal communication Work with exterior wall systems, floor plan layouts, and structural interfaces Apply zoning code knowledge to massing alternatives and design development Produce or oversee presentation-quality renderings independently or with support
Requirements:
Registered Architect 10+ years' exterior design experience Experience with large or medium-scale residential and mixed-use developments Strong design and verbal presentation skills Understanding of exterior wall systems Familiarity with zoning codes and massing studies Ability to work with rendering engines for in-house presentation graphics Experience managing or leading a design/planning team Apply now with your resume and portfolio.
