Full-Time Lead and Grow a National Water/Wastewater Practice We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client, a nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm, for a Water/Wastewater Practice Leader. This individual will play a key role in leading and supporting design and permitting efforts for wastewater distribution systems, treatment facilities, pump stations, and master plans. This is a high-impact leadership position with the opportunity to partner with top industry leaders and drive the growth of a multi-disciplinary practice across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Lead design and permitting of wastewater components for residential, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use projects for public and private clients Partner with office leadership to develop growth plans and ensure staff utilization Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives Drive business development activities, including developing new clients and maintaining existing relationships Integrate multi-disciplinary services into land development projects Perform other duties as requested Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) License 10+ years of experience in wastewater distribution systems, pump station design, and wastewater treatment plant design Strong client development and management skills Expertise in wastewater design and hydraulic analysis Experience in technical and proposal writing Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D Excellent communication and leadership skills Active participation in professional organizations Preferred Experience Supervisory experience in a consulting business or unit Demonstrated industry involvement Ability to mentor and develop staff engineers Why This Opportunity?
