As part of this team, you will support Apple's growth, both top and bottom line, by applying the same level of innovation toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services. We work closely with various business teams to deeply understand current and future commercial initiatives and then partner with data engineering, data science, and full stack development teams to ensure our finance teams are fully empowered to operate efficiently and make well-informed decisions - increasingly through the use of cutting-edge AI capabilities. Description We are looking for an outgoing professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills to support the WW Sales Finance organization. In this role, you will be embedded at the intersection of finance domain expertise and AI product development - serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the teams building next-generation AI tools for finance. You will be responsible for driving the adoption, quality, and continuous improvement of AI-powered finance capabilities, ensuring they deliver real, measurable value to the analysts and teams who depend on them. The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data sets, generated from equally complex business processes, in order to drive insights and inform product decisions. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of consulting or financial/business/data analyst experience BS/MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or BS/MS in STEM or a quantitative field (CS, Applied Statistics, Operations Research) Preferred Qualifications 4 years of consulting or financial/business/data analyst experience Excellent problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to change direction quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in business terms Confirmed ability to conduct complex, data-driven analysis Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling A basic understanding of data design pattern differences between transactional ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and analytical data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake) Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and curiosity about how large language models and AI-powered tools can be applied to financial analysis and reporting Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets Experience with data analytics tools and languages (e.g. R, Python) Experience building interactive data visualizations and strong storytelling skills (e.g. Tableau, Streamlit) Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
