The scope of this job includes partnering closely with cross functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that inform strategic initiatives and performance improvement efforts, while ensuring data integrity and compliance standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze healthcare claims and related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to cost, utilization, and quality. Develop, maintain, and validate routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical models using SQL and related tools. Support value-based care and managed care performance monitoring, including contract metrics and utilization benchmarks. Partner cross functionally with finance, clinical, and operations teams to support business and financial initiatives. Summarize findings and contribute to leadership and stakeholder presentations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation of analytic outputs. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data governance policies while supporting continuous process improvements in analytics workflows and reporting delivery. Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
