Support the testing, evaluation, and documentation of AI tool outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and usefulness. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive analytical or operational tasks and implement solutions in collaboration with senior staff. Data Analysis and Decision Support Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that surface actionable insights for clients and internal teams. Clean, structure, and analyze data from diverse sources, including labor market data, government datasets, client operational data, and qualitative research. Support proposal development, business development research, and competitive intelligence through structured data analysis. Document analytical methods, data sources, assumptions, and workflows to ensure reproducibility and quality. Qualifications Required 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in economic research, data analytics, AI systems, applied research, consulting, or a related field.
