We are building a team of experienced Human Resources professionals to provide mission-critical HR support to Federal agencies nationwide. These positions offer the opportunity to work on complex, high-visibility Federal HR programs while collaborating with experienced HR practitioners in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Positions are primarily onsite at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado. Senior Industrial-Organizational Psychologist / Psychometrician CEC is seeking a highly experienced I/O Psychologist to support Federal talent assessment, selection, and workforce analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct job analyses and competency modeling Develop and validate assessment tools Design structured interviews and occupational questionnaires Perform psychometric analyses and validation studies Support merit system compliance and assessment strategy Provide expert consultation to Federal HR leadership Required Qualifications Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Psychometrics, or related field Experience developing Federal hiring assessments Knowledge of OPM assessment and hiring guidance Experience conducting validation studies and data analysis Exceptional technical writing skills Preferred USA Hire experience Federal assessment center experience Published research or advanced psychometric expertise
