00 United States, Massachusetts, Arlington 6 Claremont Avenue (Show on map) Jun 26, 2026 MGB McLean 3East Partial Hospital Program (PHP) is recruiting for a full-time staff psychologist. The McLean 3East PHP is internationally known as a leader in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and young adults. The 3East PHP specializes in the treatment of suicidality, self-harm behavior, and emotional dysregulation. As a DBT program housed within a world-class academic medical center, we have access to consultation from leading experts across specialties, allowing for more comprehensive, effective, and robust treatment for patients with complex comorbid conditions. We are a four-week (20-day) program serving young people of all genders aged 14 through early 20s. 3 East programs offer a full-model DBT treatment woven into all aspects of clinical care.
