- Full-time A growing organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Performance Coach or Organizational Psychologist/Clinician to work directly with leadership and employees in a dynamic corporate environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence workplace culture, strengthen team dynamics, improve communication, and support employee engagement across a workforce of several hundred professionals. We're looking for a relationship-builder who understands organizational behavior, leadership development, workplace wellness, and employee performance. Candidates with backgrounds in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Corporate Coaching, Occupational Health, Behavioral Health, Human Performance, Leadership Consulting, or related fields are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Partner with leadership teams to promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture Provide coaching and guidance to managers on communication styles, conflict resolution, team development, and employee engagement Support employee well-being initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction and productivity Assess organizational challenges and identify opportunities for performance enhancement Develop strategies that strengthen teamwork, accountability, and professional growth Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and group discussions focused on leadership and workplace effectiveness Serve as a trusted resource for employees navigating workplace challenges Help create an environment that promotes resilience, motivation, and professional fulfillment Collaborate with leadership on employee retention, morale, and organizational development initiatives Evaluate team dynamics and provide recommendations to maximize operational effectiveness Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Organizational Development, Human Performance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience working within large organizations or corporate environments Experience supporting organizations with 300+ employees strongly preferred Strong understanding of leadership styles, organizational behavior, employee motivation, and workplace culture Excellent interpersonal, coaching, facilitation, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with executives, managers, and frontline employees alike Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday schedule Standard business hours Fully on-site corporate office environment Total Compensation ranging from $125,000
