Staff Psychologist 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Lehi, UT 84043 $110,000 - $120,000 a year The Children's Center 4 reviews $110,000 - $120,000 a year Summary The Children's Center Utah (TCCU) is seeking a full time Staff Psychologist to provide comprehensive mental health services to very young children and their families including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and Family and Dyadic Therapy. Clientele includes children (birth to six,) with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, early childhood trauma, and children with developmental delays. This position will be an active member of the Psychology Training Committee for the APA accredited doctoral intern program. Clinicians at TCCU work with a multidisciplinary team and receive training and support in attaining certification in multiple evidence-based treatments, including Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Extensive professional training and regular supervision, including reflective supervision, is provided to all clinical staff. This position will train in West Valley City but will be located in the Lehi office when our new facility opens in July. Requirements Utah licensure (or license eligible) as a Psychologist Ability to provide clinical supervision to doctoral interns by July 2027 (2 years post licensure) Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred (pay premium for bilingual) Clinical experience with children birth to age six and their families preferred Experience using evidence-based interventions for childhood trauma preferred Experience conducting psychological assessments with children; experience with differential diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred Excellent spoken and written communication skills Ability to work independently, set priorities for assignments, meet deadlines, and enthusiastically participate as part of an interdisciplinary team Highly motivated to learn new skills and work in a stimulating and busy clinical environment The Children's Center Utah Come join our world-class team! Compensation :
