We are seeking one Grants Process Senior Subject Matter Expert for a full-time contract opportunity with FM Talent Source for one of our valued clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Developing and overseeing the implementation of automated grants management processes, identifying and mitigating risks, and solving complex operational challenges across ACF's multi-billion-dollar grant portfolios. This role will not execute grants work directly but will provide strategic guidance, risk analysis, and innovative solutions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and excellence in grants management operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Deep experience in federal grants management specific to HHS/ACF, including providing technical expertise and strategic direction for process improvements and automation. Extensive knowledge of federal grants and grant-making processes (experience with GrantSolutions, Payment Management System, and Grants.gov) Extensive knowledge of Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing grants management, including the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), HHS Grants Policy Administration Manual (GPAM), and program-specific regulations
Compensation Range:
The salary range provided is determined by market value, internal equity, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. Offers will be extended within this range, though not all candidates will receive an offer at the upper limit.
