Job Description
Your duties will include:
County Liaison Program Lead:
Facilitate ongoing communication, mutual understanding, and cooperation between the Division and Counties; conduct weekly meetings and trainings for liaison staff; and prepare the program's weekly newsletterDeadline Monitoring:
Track the election calendar for upcoming statutory and administrative deadlines and prepare memos, emails, and related documents to communicate these to the countiesNomination Oversight:
Review nomination petitions and paper filings; prepare training materials and information for distribution to candidatesResearch and Analysis:
Review existing and proposed federal policies, study and analyze operations, and develop and implement new policies as appropriateReport Preparation:
Prepare data and reports regarding candidate nominations, election results, and the effect of existing or proposed policies on operationsForms and Web Updates:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to two days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Elections Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Two years of professional experience evaluating public programs or information technology systems, and a bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, public policy, political science, or information technology; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Additional Requirement:
