Policy Servicing Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Policy Servicing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will support the ongoing management of commercial insurance policies by handling non-monetary policy changes, preparing renewal reviews, issuing declarations pages (dec pages), and maintaining clear, timely client communication. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service throughout the policy lifecycle. Responsibilities & Skills Minimum 1• year of experience• in insurance, outside sales, or retail sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets Active insurance license ( required ) Bilingual Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage policy servicing tasks accurately Apply industry knowledge to support policy accuracy and compliance Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Proficiency with sales systems and CRM platforms Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service

$500.00 - $1,200.00 per month
