8-12 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Insurance Domain

SME / QA

Governance Lead with deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for insurance products, policy administration processes, complex endorsements, and governance activities while supporting quality assurance and review functions across business and technology initiatives. This role requires strong insurance domain knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to review business requirements, validate solutions, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Required Skills Deep expertise in:

Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Insurance Policy Administration Underwriting Processes Policy Lifecycle Management Strong experience with: Complex endorsements Policy changes and renewals Coverage validation Business rule analysis Experience in: QA review and validation Governance and compliance processes Requirement reviews Business process assessments Strong understanding of: Insurance operations Regulatory requirements Risk and compliance controls Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Key Responsibilities Serve as the Property & Casualty Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) Review and validate insurance requirements, workflows, and business processes Evaluate complex endorsements and policy transactions for accuracy and compliance Support QA teams in validating business scenarios and test outcomes Ensure solutions align with insurance regulations, business rules, and governance standards Conduct requirement reviews and provide domain guidance to business and technology teams Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, underwriters, and development teams Participate in governance reviews and quality assurance checkpoints Maintain documentation related to business processes, controls, and policy rules Preferred Qualifications Experience with policy administration systems Knowledge of claims, underwriting, billing, or policy servicing processes Experience supporting insurance transformation or modernization programs Prior experience in QA, UAT, or business validation roles
