Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Title Analyst to join the Land Administration team at a leading Upstream Oil & Gas company in downtown Houston. This role supports leasing, operations, and production objectives across domestic division offices and is responsible for lease and contract analysis, joint interest billing, division of interest setup, and maintaining accurate interest ownership records. Daily responsibilities include reviewing lease status, transferring acreage to producing status based on plats and unit summaries, managing lease payments and setting up and applying contract terms such as communitization agreements, unit declarations, joint operating agreements, and farmouts. The Senior Title Analyst will also establish and maintain division of interest decks for revenue distribution, including calculating and verifying net revenue interests, identifying title requirements, applying lease deduction provisions, creating burden groups, and calculating APO interests.
