An advanced intelligence-reled or professional/scientific degree is desirable. The duty locion for this position may be either Hill AFB, Robins AFB, Tinker AFB or Wright-Pterson AFB. Qualificions In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualificion Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrive and Management Positions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Examples of creditable experience include:
serving as a multi-source cyber intelligence analyst engaging in the complex technical research, analysis, interpretion, assessment, and production of informion obtained and processed from one or more intelligence sources in support of life cycle management and customer requirements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
(KSAs ): Your qualificions evalued on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1. Extensive knowledge of a comprehensive range of intelligence research methods, techniques, and practices and advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods used to identify and analyze complex multi-source intelligence informion to produce detailed cyber intelligence capabilities and cyber thre assessments, identify cyber-reled intelligence deficiencies, and advoce for customers cybersecurity requirements. 2. Extensive knowledge of acquisition and sustainment policy and guidance, and the role cyber intelligence plays throughout a weapon system's life cycle; acquisition and sustainment intelligence analysis mission and stregy; and the roles and responsibilities of field intelligence offices in support of DAF research laborories, acquisition program offices, and life cycle management, nuclear, sustainment, and system testing enterprises. 3. Extensive knowledge of the intelligence cycle, intelligence policy and guidance, and the nional intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizions, and mission/functions, inter-relionships and operions-particularly as it pertains to cyber thre intelligence collection, analysis, and production. 4. Extensive knowledge of software development principles and processes as they rele to software development activities supporting acquisition and sustainment life cycles; to include an understanding of software development tools/systems and their associed vulnerabilities and susceptibility to insider or adversarial manipulion. 5. Comprehensive skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying approprie available systems/da sources, and producing intelligence requirement assessments th answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities in support of customers' cyber thre and cyber risk management needs. 6. Expert skill in communicing effectively with others, both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions reled to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentions to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes. 7. Expert ability to maintain control of classified merial, quickly assimile dispare da, render knowledgeable and accure assessments of the implicion of such da, and make decisions, estimes, and recommendions under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mure judgment and experience and present and/or defend a position effectively.
