Annapolis, MD Position OverviewReporting to the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) GSOC Intelligence Manager, the GSOC Watch Officer (Intelligence Analyst) plays a critical role in delivering real-time intelligence and operational support within the client's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).This position directly supports the client's global risk management program by monitoring emerging threats, assessing impact, and enabling informed decision-making. The role is based in Crisis24's Annapolis office and operates on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional travel may be required.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor global events, security incidents, and Crisis24 intelligence feeds to identify and assess risks to client personnel, assets, and operationsRespond to incidents and crisis situations, applying sound judgment in accordance with established SOPsTrack and support travel risk management, including monitoring high-risk destinations and conducting traveler check-insEscalate time-sensitive intelligence and risk updates to client stakeholdersProduce clear, concise written and verbal intelligence assessments leveraging OSINT and internal resourcesDeliver briefings to client security teams and business leadersTriage and respond to client requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and supportMaintain situational awareness of the client's global footprint to anticipate emerging risks and requirementsCollaborate with internal GSOC teams to ensure seamless operations and information sharingSupport the development and continuous improvement of client-specific processes, protocols, and deliverablesMaintain operational metrics and contribute to regular reporting requirementsAssist in the development of briefings, reports, and client-facing materialsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholdersProvide surge support during high-tempo or crisis-driven operationsPerform additional responsibilities in support of the client program as requiredQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree requiredAdvanced degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience2-4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, or a related fieldSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex, fast-moving situationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior ...For full information see follow application link.
