This role involves leveraging extensive experience in military operations, intelligence analysis, and specialized fields such as electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and special operations. The SME will serve as a vital resource for integrating all-source intelligence, supporting joint operations, and enhancing counterintelligence efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical national security initiatives by applying deep expertise in the intelligence community and DoD (Department of Defense) environments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for advancing military and intelligence capabilities through innovative solutions and detailed analysis. Responsibilities Provide expert-level guidance on exercise planning, ensuring operational readiness and strategic alignment across multiple agencies and units Support special operations by developing tactical concepts, operational procedures, and intelligence strategies tailored to complex mission requirements Lead electronic warfare initiatives by analyzing electromagnetic spectrum data to identify threats and recommend countermeasures Conduct comprehensive intelligence analysis utilizing all-source intelligence methods to produce actionable insights for military decision-makers Develop and refine intelligence targeting processes to support precision strikes, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions Collaborate with joint operations teams to synchronize efforts across different branches of the military and intelligence community Support counterintelligence activities by identifying vulnerabilities, analyzing espionage threats, and implementing protective measures Contribute to signals intelligence collection, processing, and analysis efforts to support national security objectives Provide subject matter expertise on DoD policies, military procedures, and operational standards to ensure compliance and effectiveness Experience Extensive experience in military operations with a focus on intelligence functions within the Department of Defense or related agencies Proven expertise in exercise planning, special operations, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and all-source intelligence analysis Strong background in intelligence community practices including counterintelligence, military targeting, and joint operation coordination Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets from multiple sources to produce comprehensive assessments Knowledge of DoD standards, military protocols, and operational procedures relevant to national security missions Experience working within the intelligence community or related government agencies is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences Join us if you are ready to apply your deep expertise in a dynamic environment where your insights will directly impact national security efforts.
