Mandory Requirements:
Superior ability to focus targeting and collection on coordined intelligence gaps. Expert understanding of IC resource processes, prioritizion processes, and mission management principles. At least four years of experience in the Intelligence Community as a collector, analyst, mission manager, liaison officer, or manager. Superior ability to develop ph-breaking initiives; solve tough problems; lead projects to achieve common goals; and experience in driving interagency progress. Superior leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions, and consider alternives. Expert analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to think stregically; meet stregic goals and objectives; adapt views and approaches as needed; develop and coordine recommendions leading to lasting change; and evalue outcomes against requirements, goals and objectives. Superior interpersonal skills and superior ability to work effectively in both independent and in a team or collaborive environment. Expert oral and written communicion skills, including ability to draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity and to communice effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.
Desired Qualificions:
Must list the Lowest Educional Degree Level (High School, Bachelors, Masters, PhD). Experience representing the IC in engagements with senior government officials. Experience in the economic security mission area. Experience with multiple portions of the intelligence cycle (e.g. planning and direction; collection; processing; analysis and production; and disseminion). Experience directly supporting non-military policy customers. Experience in the prive sector or in intelligence roles th require significant interaction with the prive sector. SALARY DETERMINATION
The ODNI uses a rank-in-person system in which rank is tached to GS employees on the basis of individual qualificions, experience, and performance. Individuals whose current GS grade is equivalent to the grade of the advertised position will retain their current grade and step. Individuals who transfer to the ODNI from a non-GS pay scale will have base pay converted to the approprie GS grade and step as determined by the Chief of Human Resource Management. In some cases when a current federal civilian employee applies for an ODNI position th is a lower grade than his or her personal grade, the candide's personal grade downgraded to the grade of the advertised ODNI position and pay set the step th is closest to, and not less than, the employee's current annual base re of pay, not to exceed the maximum step re of the GS grade to which assigned.
