Must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government Security Clearance Position Summary The Counter-Intelligence (CI) Officer at SentrySix International is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats posed by hostile intelligence entities, insider risks, and adversarial organizations targeting our clients, partners, and operations. The CI Officer will support both government and private-sector contracts by conducting investigations, intelligence analysis, and protective measures to safeguard national security interests and critical infrastructure. This position requires strong analytical skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in dynamic, high-threat environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct counter-intelligence investigations, threat assessments, and security screenings.
  • Identify, monitor, and neutralize insider threats and foreign intelligence activities.
  • Develop and implement CI programs, policies, and procedures for client operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate intelligence reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct debriefings, interviews, and surveillance to support ongoing CI operations.
  • Provide CI training, awareness, and briefings to staff, contractors, and clients.
  • Support federal, state, and local partners in joint intelligence and security operations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. laws, regulations, and security clearance requirements. Qualification Requirements Minimum Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active or eligible for U.S. Government Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, National Security, or related field (or equivalent military/agency experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in counter-intelligence, intelligence analysis, or related security fields (DoD, DHS, FBI, DIA, NCIS, AFOSI, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, interviews, and intelligence analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports.
  • Ability to work independently and in joint/combined environments under high-stress conditions. Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior service in military counter-intelligence (e.
g., U.S. Army
CI, AFOSI, NCIS, USMC CI/HUMINT
) or federal intelligence agencies.
  • Experience supporting defense contractors, government agencies, or critical infrastructure security.
  • Advanced certifications in intelligence analysis, counter-intelligence, or cyber threat intelligence.
  • Familiarity with surveillance detection, HUMINT, OSINT, and SIGINT methodologies.
  • Foreign language proficiency in strategic languages (Russian, Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, etc.
