Full Job Description Riverside Overview:
Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country's most challenging technical problems. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.
Position Overview:
Riverside Research is seeking a part-time Liaison supporting the National MASINT Office (NMO) at Patrick SFB, FL. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team representing MASINT requirements, capabilities, integration, and interests on behalf of the customer. The Liaison will assist in coordinating with MASINT organizations, customers, and stakeholders to advocate for policy, requirements, and capabilities enhancement and integration. They will apply knowledge of the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and MASINT enterprise to assist in coordinating operational, research and development, and technical activities and integration. They will facilitate customer and stakeholder coordination among the larger Intelligence Community. They may also assist the government with planning, programming, and budget execution activities, identifying pertinent guidance and resource constraints, as well as advocating for MASINT capabilities. Minimal remote work may be possible.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate between the National MASINT Office and MASINT producers, stakeholders, and customers Advocate for MASINT integration into the operational and research and development communities within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense Coordinate standing or one-time meetings, working groups, or tiger teams as needed; prepare minutes, track status of various projects, draft white papers/briefings and present recommendations to decision makers as required Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and mission partners across the intelligence community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication Bachelor's in communication, business administration, engineering, computer science, physics, math, or related field Intelligence professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting MASINT operations, research and development, analysis or production Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish assigned tasks in support of a enduring projects Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel Open to occasional travel
Desired Qualifications:
Intelligence professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience supporting MASINT operations, research and development, analysis or production Familiarity with National MASINT Office (NMO) mission, operations, and policies Familiarity with various Intelligence Community and Department of Defense organizations Master's degree in communication, business administration, engineering, computer science, physics, math, or related field Professional certifications in project management, requirements management, and/or intelligence disciplines (e.g.
PMP, DAWIA
)
Global Comp:
$70/hr- $83.00/hr This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
