Sr Analyst Apply for this job world-globe-glyph Virginia Beach, VA / Full-time Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Sr Analyst to support a program onsite at our Virginia Beach location. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements. How Role will make an impact: Apply collateral damage estimation methodology, established precedent, procedures, and regulations issued by the Department of Defense (DOD), the Joint Staff (JS), and the Joint Staff Directorate for Joint Force Development (JS J7). Collaborate with the targeting community and key stakeholders to support the Joint Targeting Cycle and the Joint Planning Process. Conduct communications and information systems training for assigned personnel and supported units. Identify, assess, and resolve training deficiencies to ensure compliance with established standards. Apply Joint Doctrine, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions, and associated Manuals to inform training and operational activities. Deliver instruction across Cyberspace Operations, Electronic Warfare, and Civilian Harm Mitigation in accordance with current doctrine and policy. Interpret and apply Rules of Engagement (ROE) to support targeting and operational decision-making. Develop and administer communications and information systems training programs to build and sustain operational readiness. Collect operational data, perform analytical assessments, and determine viable courses of action to support mission objectives. Formulate strategies and recommend solutions to mitigate identified operational and programmatic risks. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and evaluations to inform planning, training, and resource decisions. What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:
Clearance:
Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance 7+ years of Warfighting Operational experience Demonstrated success in three (3) or more of the following areas: Expert knowledge and understanding of collateral damage methodology, precedent, procedures, and regulations issued by the DOD, JS, and the JS J7. Familiarity with the Targeting community and key participants in Joint Targeting and Joint Planning Process Graduate of the DOD CDE Qualification Course Experience with communications and information systems training Experience in training deficiency resolution Experience in the Intelligence system and capabilities for both the US and opposing force to include management, collection, processing and dissemination of intelligence Knowledge of Joint Doctrine and Chairman Instructions/Manuals Experience in Counterinsurgency operations and Irregular Warfare Experience in Cyberspace Operations Training; Electronic Warfare; Civilian Harm Mitigation Knowledge of Rules of Engagement Experience with communications and information systems training Experience with collecting data, analytical analysis and determining courses of action Experience with providing strategies and recommending solutions for risk mitigation Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000-120,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
